The nomination was done several days late, but since we have a short backlog, I'll let this slide. The expansion was from 368 bytes to 3343 bytes of prose size, which is more than 5X expansion. The article is long enough, neutral and appropriately sourced. The Earwig tool detected no copyright violations. The hook is short and broadly interesting, cited to an offline source in the article, but I was able to verify it with the Art Canada Institute source provided.
