- ... that the La Follette-Bulwinkle Act, enacted by the 75th Congress, was created to give funds to states fighting the spread of STDs?
- ALT1:... that the Venereal Diseases Control and Prevention Act of 1938 sanctioned federal assistance to states to curb the spread of STDs?

- Iazyges, what's the status of this nomination? As Alansohn noted, this article is below the 1500 character minimum.
