The phrase "where the music and entertainment used to go around the clock" seems contradicted by source. At one point it says it was 24/hours per day. In another instance it quotes a person who says musicians would sleep on the beach in the early hours of the morning before resuming playing. LavaBaron (talk) 23:32, 16 August 2016 (UTC)

True, the 24 hours/day was on weekends only. Here's an alt:

Technically, the article says the founders hope it would to generate interest. It also says organizers "hoped to trigger a rebirth..." But the source doesn't explicitly say that was the reason it was created. LavaBaron (talk) 03:51, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
