Jiang Minkuan edit

  • New enough and long enough; hook is fine and supported by the article. I'm concerned about the sourcing, however: I can find nothing about "In 1982, Jiang was appointed Vice Governor of Sichuan province" in citation #2, and the practice of citing four pages at once makes it hard to find anything specific. Please remove/modify the statement in question (or please tell me where it is, if I overlooked it) and please cite pages separately unless you're citing a phrase that's split between pages. Thanks for your review. The Vice Governor info is actually in citation #1, which I forgot to add after the sentence, now fixed. I've also split up citation #2 to make the refs directly link to the individual page (except when one paragraph spans two pages). Hope this addresses your concern. -Zanhe (talk) 05:09, 16 August 2013 (UTC)
Much simpler and easier to follow, so thanks for the upgrades. Sources are clearly reliable. If you want to continue having a ref name= parameter for citation #2, you could omit the page number from inside the ref tags and use {{rp}} instead. However, that's completely a preference issue; it would be absurd for me to attempt to require it. Nyttend (talk) 20:08, 16 August 2013 (UTC)
