Nominated on date of article creation and, with the article at 1700+ characters of readable prose, the hook and article meet size requirements. Several article sources are off-line and needed to use on-line translation for available sources. Was able to confirm hook facts while finding no copyright or close paraphrasing issues in the portions supported by on-line sources. --Allen3 talk 20:15, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
