Hook format checks out. Article checks out for newness as of nomination/expansion. Article is supported by inline citations. Image in hook has a proper copyright notice. Maps do too. Article reads as neutral enough. Plagiarism check: here, here, here. No concerns. Hook is interesting enough given topic. (In verifying hook, it would be EXTREMELY helpful if the citations could reference the page number the facts came from to make it easier to find. The java script from the site... erk.)
