Hi Zanhe, review follows: article created 27 January; article exceeds minimum length; article is well written and cited inline throughout to what appear to be reliable sources; sources are all in Chinese so I cannot check that it is free from close paraphrasing but happy to AGF; hook is interesting and mentioned in the article; hook is cited to a Chinese source so I cannot verify it, but happy to AGF (Google translate confirms that there is mention of a river diversion on the page); QPQ has been carried out - Dumelow (talk) 08:37, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
