Article is on the short side but is long enough, new enough, and well referenced. I could not verify ALT0 in the cited PDF source (a page number would be helpful!), but ALT1 is verified. QPQ is done. No copyvio found. ALT1 is GTG. Image is PD. -Zanhe (talk) 22:59, 5 April 2016 (UTC)

@Zanhe: It's on the 2nd page where it is referred to as a "peculiarly Welsh flag". The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 18:47, 6 April 2016 (UTC)

Thanks. I guess "peculiar" can be interpreted as "unique" in this context. I still prefer ALT1 though, because a flag being unique is not that interesting or unusual. -Zanhe (talk) 17:52, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
