- New and long enough, all non-lead paragraphs have inline citations, QPQ review performed, checks for copyvio reveals no problems (e.g. [1]). The only problem is that none of the sources seem to refer to this specifically as a "contingency plan". North America1000 12:04, 29 October 2015 (UTC)
