@Hamza Ali Shah: This article is new enough and long enough, with no close paraphrasing. However, the hook fact is not mentioned in the article which is a requirement for DYK. The source given above does not appear in the article but it probably cannot be used anyway since it does not mention Farooq Rasheed by name.
