This article is new enough and long enough. The ALT0 and ALT1 hook facts have inline citations, one of which mentions "something like 20 years", but I assume the source I can't access is more precise, especially as you have 1992-2012 in the infobox. I feel ALT2, although correct, gives a false impression as he was apparently one of 193 chaplains to the 2012 Olympics. The article is neutral, and my spot checks did not reveal any policy issues.
