This is a bit tricky to assess. Compared to the restored earlier content, this was not a 5x expansion. However at the time of the nomination it was a valid creation of a new page. The earlier content was not used in the creation of this text. And it is large enough. The main text is cited, however the Discography is largely uncited. Given the substantial coverage in the supplied references this should easily survive another AFD. QPQ done. Correct person credited. No copyvio found in check. Hook alt1 has 109 characters, short enough, it is in article and cited. Although picture is suitably licenced and exif date makes this look genuine, it is a bit small to see clearly. Can you do a crop of the centre third to give us a close up of the man, and less background and sound desk? If we use the image we need to add (pictured) to the hook too. - Thanks for reviewing. Re the first hook. They did appear on the tracklisting of FabricLive.06, and indeed FabricLive.18 and 40. However FabricLive.82 was the first album in the series they mixed i.e. as the headline act. Will look at rephrasing the sentence so it's clearer.yorkshiresky (talk) 18:46, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
yorkshiresky, I don't see how the source quote supports ALT1. Just because "Ed Rush" sounds like "head rush", it doesn't follow that this is actually where Settle got the name. Absent something more definitive, the hook isn't usable. I'm also wondering whether the addition of the word "headline" in the article is enough to satisfy Graeme Bartlett's concerns for the original hook; it still doesn't seem enough to me, but I'm not versed in Fabriclive or how to count participation in a mix series. - Apologies for not replying sooner, been busy with other stuff. Not sure how much I can do to clarify above concerns.Essentially there's two facets to their participation in the mixes a. as contributing artists, one amongst many and b. as the 'curator' of the mix who chooses what goes into the mix and how it's sequenced, flows etc, In that respect the act doing the mix is the more significant aspect of it. I hope that helps in some way. If that's not suitable I'd suggest an Alt 2 ...Did you know that having played at the opening of nightclub Fabric in 1999, Ed Rush & Optical took part in a benefit in 2016 to raise funds which successfully challenged the clubs closure? yorkshiresky (talk) 11:35, 4 December 2016 (UTC)
- the discography section is still mostly uncited. so I cannot pass this yet. Alt3 needs a bit of work with grammar, format and tightening up to be less wordy. It is in the article and supported by two citations, but although there is a reference saying he opened at the Fabric opening, the other reference 19 does not say that he actually played at the benefit, just a prediction of it. - I can source a discography for the albums, but I assume sources such as Discogs or RYM aren't suitable for the singles. On second point can't find any links to show that the event happened. Since there now seem to be no hooks proposed, and the problems will not be fixed any time soon. However if sourcing can be done on the discography that will improve the article. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 06:44, 26 December 2016 (UTC)
