Article is new enough, long enough, free of close paraphrasing issues, copyright violations and plagiarism. The hook is interesting, its fact is accurate and cited with an inline citation in the article. It is neutral and does not focus unduly on negative aspects of living people but I can see issues with copy-editing. For example in the introduction section Constitution Day also known as Samvidhan Divas, is celebrated in India on 26 November since 2015. The "Celebration" section needs to be re-written. - Please check for grammars. I can still see a problem with grammar. For example, you wrote "Constitution Day also known as Samvidhan Divas, is celebrated in India since 2015 on 26 November. You can only use since 2015 had it been we are in 2016. "Since" means "from a past time until now or after a time in the past. I.e "a period of time that has passed after a specific event".
