Camden Fort Meagher edit

  • ... that Camden Fort Meagher was one of a small number of stations for the world's first practical guided munition, the Brennan torpedo?

  • ALT2. I'm highly sceptical of ALT1 (such a claim needs a third party reference, and I'm pretty sure that I've seen exhibits on the 9/11 attacks outside the US) and the initial hook is a bit hard to follow. ALT2 is simple, interesting, and cited to an independent source and is good to go. Nick-D (talk) 01:47, 8 June 2014 (UTC)
  • I've reworded the "core" text to be a little less confusing (I hope). I'm inclined to agree on ALT1 - which is why I tempered the assertion in the article proper from "only" to "one of the only". I've done the same here to match. (I guess the assertion is made by operators on basis that exhibit is permanent/resident. But does need 3rd p verification). ALT2 is a bit weak - had offered it only if the others aren't deemed appropriate. Guliolopez (talk) 09:20, 8 June 2014 (UTC)
