  • Comment: Also reviewed Template:Did you know nominations/Tina Seabrook. In 2013 it was discovered that this tree was pollinated by birds. The masked flowerpiercer has been observed feeding on the tree in the way necessary for pollination, but neither the source nor the article states that it does pollinate the tree.

Overall: the hook is cited in-line in Axinaea sclerophylla. Your comment is giving me pause. I think the way you worded the hook is a good compromise. I also think that having a source that states that the bird was feeding in a way that could pollinate is about the same as pollinating for DYK purposes. Nice job doing two pages at once!   • Rachel Helps (BYU), if you use the DYK checklist template, you don't use the DYKtick template in it; the DYK checklist template provides its own icon when you fill in the status field: "y" produces the green tick, "?" the ? icon, "maybe" the / icon, "no" the X icon, and if the hookcited field is filled in with "agf", then a "y" in status will produce the gray AGF tick. Documentation for the template is available at Template:DYK checklist/doc. Personally, I'm not fond of the DYK checklist template because people frequently don't know the correct options for the various fields, and situations where what was reviewed is ambiguous, like this one, is another reason why.
