Cited: - Yes. Hook checks out. ALT 1 also checks out, though it does come across as slightly misleading, in my opinion (I interpreted the hook as a single nine-hour pieces, when it was actually three three-hour pieces. You say "to-may-toe", I say "tuh-mah-toe", I suppose).
Interesting: - Yes. Hooks are interesting. I recommend the original hook over the ALT.
