Usage
edit{{DNB footer initials|John Smith|J.S.}} renders "John Smith (Signing as J.S. in the DNB)"
Add "|dn=yes" when "John Smith" is a disambiguation page and you don't know the correct article to link to.
Conversely if you do know the page
{{DNB footer initials|John Smith|J.S.|John Smith (brewer)}} renders "John Smith (Signing as J.S. in the DNB)"
