Usage
To use this Barnstar template, create a new section on the user talkpage of the user you want to give the award to, and add {{subst:Citation bot operator's barnstar|1=Put your message here. ~~~~}}
to the talk page of the user to whom you wish to award it.
You can change the title of the barnstar with |2=: {{Citation bot operator's barnstar|2=Citation Tool Operator's Barnstar}}. If used with the first (message) parameter, either number both parameters or neither.
