editThis template should be placed at the top of the talk page lead section. A pipe should be used to specify the proposed centralized talk page title. Thus, {{centralize notice|Talk:Newpagename|date=June 2024}} will render as:
 | It has been proposed that Template talk:Centralize notice/doc be centralized to Talk:Newpagename (Discuss). Proposed since June 2024. |
Replace "newpagename" with the proposed centralized talk page.
On the proposed centralized talk page, start a discussion titled "Centralized talk page".
