Contested deletion

Hi, I got two separate messages suggested that 'both' of my newly created articles 'Zizhu chuangxin' (translated as Indigenous Innovation) and 'Zizhu chuangxin nengli' (Indigenous Innovation Capabilities) would be deleted. Can I combine them? They are very important developments in China in the last 2 decades.

Hope the admin will consider to let me move 'Zizhu chuangxin nengli' to under 'Zizhu chuangxin' for future developments.
