Vulgar references
We need to keep our articles readable for the widest audience possible. I am not asking to keep all articles 'clean' of 'vulgar' terms, but they should not be used if they do not add information or relevance to to the article at hand. There is also a lot of risk involved with using vulgarities, they have a higher chance of directly offend certain population groups (Gay, Religious, Parents). I think that kind of sensitivity is something that we ought to have.
Also, think of it this way: with a reasonable amount of work it should be easy to introduce vulgar references in every single article. Very quickly the quality of the articles will start degrading. So I would like to understand also why it is relevant for this particular reference to be in there. To be sure that we are talking about the same thing, I am talking about the "Anal Sex" quotation.
Now, I do not want to presume one way or the other, but for this article, can we avoid directly quoting the 'vulgar' content? It should be possible to do so in a way that does not harm the integrity of the article itself.
Too basic ?
I'm sure a lot of people or veterans already know this but there are even more newbies out there.

Rather, Java is the platform ?
Maybe Java is not too independent, rather, the JVM is ubiquitous on all types of devices and chips. When they say platform-independent it is really because the Java interpreter can be found almost everywhere(on all devices/chips/sw packages).
