Climate change, Extinction and Price edit

Today is the World Wildlife Day (ref: World Wildlife day should remind us we need a climate deal in Paris The Guardian 3 March 2014.) The Guardian remind us of the climate change. Based on this I ask: If anyone kills a single protected animal or flower he must pay a determined price. Climate change will kill half of the European animal and flowers. What is the price of the killing of the species in extinction, e.g. in Finland Saimaa ringed seal? Who has decided price and who will pay? We know this is happening and will happen. How is the damage punished, controlled and administered? Watti Renew (talk) 16:33, 3 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
