Denotation "This update is available for Enterprise and Education editions only" edit

Recent updates with the official denotation "This update is available for Enterprise and Education editions only" could be trivially marked as incompatible. This needs to be investigated. I managed to install the first such branded update, version "2021-05 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB5003212) from May 20, Build-number 18363.1593" on Windows 10 Pro x64-edition using the official installer.
