The Australian tax does seem to be very different, but the UK one is similar. I'm therefore going to remove the line about the UK to the Windfall profit tax article, to give it more of a worldwide view. I propose that this article be made only about the Australian one, which seems to be unique. The US article actually discusses two different (albeit similar) types of laws, one that was already in place during the 1980s and one that is proposed to be in place now. --Gloriamarie (talk) 23:28, 6 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
