Set to redirect per AfD edit
While I can't see the version that was subject to the AfD, I don't see anything in the revision prior to my reverting back to a redirect that would have changed the outcome of the AfD. I see two secondary sources cited, [1] which doesn't seem to mention Whitefire or the company at all, and [2] seems like a slightly retouched copy of Unwired's January 9, 2003 press release about beginning shipment (Flash based press release site at [3]).
There are some hints of notability in the press releases via references to mainstream media coverage, though. I'm not sure they're enough to make the product notable. There's a USA Today column where Whitefire is the subject of the lead 4 paragraphs, a pre-CES announcement in the New York Times, post-CES in the NYT. - Fordan (talk) 12:58, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
