Unfortunately, the original version of this article appears to have been copied verbatim from the Oyez Project at http://www.oyez.org/cases/1970-1979/1976/1976_75_839, which is licensed under a noncommercial Creative Commons license that is incompatible with Wikipedia. In its current state, this article is composed almost entirely of copyvio text. Even the "Holding" section of the infobox appears to derive from Oyez. In accordance with Wikipedia's policy on non-free content and the accepted procedure for dealing with copyright problems of this nature, I am removing the offending text, leaving only those parts which were written by later contributors and do not derive from the copyrighted source.
