Query - Daniel Lee writer

Notable people

Is Patricia Jacobson notable? I can't seem to find any references to her dancing on Google. Being a famous person's grandmother is probably not reason to include her in an encyclopedia. I'll delete this in a couple of days unless I'm proved wrong!Jimjamjak (talk) 11:16, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

There are no statements saying how/why these notable people are linked to Westcliff. Were they born here, do they live here, etc, etc ??? It is meaningless without some expansion.Tomintoul (talk) 16:21, 27 August 2010 (UTC)

Good point Tomintoul. I suppose long-term residence would be of interest in some way, as just being born here is not really that interesting. I'm not sure how this is dealt with in other pages. I can't find any reference to Jean Floud (1915—2013) being born in Westcliff beyond their own Wikipedia page Cllrphil (talk) 12:55, 8 July 2020 (BST)

History section?
