Techniques and Federations and Weight
editIndoor equivalent to the hammer throw event. Later it says that it's thrown in a manner similar to discuss throw. Of course talking about distance throw.
The question is what are throwing techniques (discuss, hammer or some original/modified)??
I know that NCAA (USA) holds competitions. Other federations / countries?
What about weight? Is it uniform through history (not counting Highland games and similar folk competitions)?213.149.61.252 (talk) 19:39, 1 May 2018 (UTC)
