Regulatory Actions
Initially Bank Of America only processed BankAmericard credit cards. There was some legal action taken requiring banks to process credit cards other than their own. I do not remember the details but that is when BofA changed the name to Visa. Sam Tomato (talk) 20:56, 1 November 2022 (UTC)
