2006 Halloween Controversy - Article and Link seem to have little relevance for the wiki entry. Suggest both are removed.

Reference the above recommendation:- I suggest that separate listing of FREE sub-sites offered to local charities and associations are perfectly valid where these are under the control of their relevant commitees and could be made independant at a future date. Leave as is.
