About the license plate image featured in the article

Hello, everyone.

I would like to mention that the plate example image used in the article does not quite conform to the official model. Specifically the red map and the star. It was a trend some years ago to add that logo to the plate. But later, the official authorities discouraged that and even imposed fines on owners of vehicles with that kind of plate (I am not certain of this however).

Here is a link to official website of the Ministry of Equipment and Transport, which describes the correct model for a license plate. the map picture on the plate in some of the images shown in the article is not official, and there have been some statements from the government which strictly prohibited adding them. And if I remember correctly, they may result in a fine. 105.66.6.38 (talk) 20:59, 26 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
