Editing problems

Notability

I won't trouble you or read through all the sources just yet before you are finished but I'm concerned that the article may not reflect any actual subject of law, but rather a common English usage of a claim that happens to be valid, or validly made. In patent law for example, I don't know of any distinction between a valid claim and an invalid claim. They are both the same, except one happens to prevail (thus, invalid) and one does not (valid). One could say that about any legal claim. In that context the issue collapses down to the question of validity, which we already have an article for. At most this subject would deserve a brief mention if validity operates differently in law than it does in, say, philosophy or logic. BTW, I would suggest you not link to attorney-run glossary/dictionary pages (which are promotions in a fashion for their creators) if there are more reliable sources available. this one is a dead link.
