It doesn't look likely that this conference will operate this season. On NDSU's website, they have a page referencing that the 11 D-I independents this season will have weekly and year-end awards. --Colslax 17:42, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
- The UBC will operate this year. Since this is not a formal conference, the members of the UBC are considered by the NCAA to be independents. The teams involved will be playing the UBC schedule. With three of the UBC teams moving to the Mid-Con after this year, the UBC is drying up, and may serve only it's primary purpose, which is filling the schedule of the teams involved. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by RLent (talk • contribs) 17:23, 4 December 2006 (UTC).
I added an external link to an unofficial UBC web site. I also changed the wording in the article to indicate that the UBC may have awards and a championship, rather than having it say that it was expected to have them.--RLent 21:59, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
I updated the article to reflect SDSU, NDSU and IPFW leaving, but the map needs to be updated as well. -steventity 20:59, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
