Merge Proposal

edit

I propose merging Gankino horo into Undecuple meter. The gankino horo article has seemingly been a stub for a few years at this point, and the current text would fit nicely in the "Usage in folk music" section of the undecuple meter article. Additionally, this would make it easier to compare and contrast with the kopanitsa folk music that is also mentioned in the article. --Toothlesswalrus (talk) 16:49, 16 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

In the absence of any arguments either for or against the merge, I have finalized the merge and added a redirect from gankino horo to the appropriate section of this article. --Toothlesswalrus (talk) 05:33, 7 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Feedback from New Page Review process

edit

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Nice work. I was originally concerned that the title might be a neologism. But I concluded that it is about a topic even if it not en established term.

Hi North8000, thank you for reviewing my article! I agree that the article title can be a bit obtuse, but it is consistent with the titling of all the other time signature articles here. If it's decided at some point that consistency should be forgone in favor of clarifying the title, I propose "Musical meters of 11" as an alternative. --Toothlesswalrus (talk) 21:51, 19 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
