- Campaign should be capitalized in the lede and elsewhere if you're referring to specific campaigns.
- Hmm, this needs to be addressed on a wider basis, since we have Guadalcanal Campaign but Gilbert and Marshall Islands campaign and Mariana and Palau Islands campaign - I'll raise the issue at MILHIST
