Both articles refer to the UFC Fight Night 174. Fbdave (talk) 12:56, 26 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

  • Oppose - Another mess made that makes no sense. Regice2020 just stirs things up. Stop trying to merge articles that are not the same thing... Gsfelipe94 (talk) 01:14, 27 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Question @Fbdave: "Regice2020 just stirs things up.". Did i start this merge? Regice2020 (talk) 02:39, 27 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Regice2020 is not stirring things up and that has nothing to do with the merge request. Fbdave (talk) 11:32, 27 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
I'm referring to all the requests lately. Gsfelipe94 (talk) 16:34, 27 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Support Gsfelipe94 has intention behave like that when someone go against his agenda (ending up saying he did this or did that...leading to repeated edit wars), and I also had multiple hard oppose @Fbdave: on some things. Per nominator who looks both sides to have it make sense with this merge rather than looking 1 side.Regice2020 (talk) 23:40, 27 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
So you're saying every other editor but you has an agenda... I did not understand a word after that anyway. Gsfelipe94 (talk) 19:08, 28 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Regice2020: Unfortunately though, Gsfelipe is right. Remember to take into account the correct naming convention when moving articles Regice, otherwise this happens. — 29cwcst (talk) 00:20, 2 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
@29cwcst: Both articles refer to the UFC Fight Night 174. Cant really argue with that information otherwise it will be misleading. This is a merge request by the way. Regice2020 (talk) 00:24, 2 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Regice2020: I know, but UFC Fight Night 174 is actually the event scheduled for July 18 and no longer pertains to the cancelled May 2 event. Therefore, any request to merge these two pages should be opposed in my opinion. However, that sadly doesn't mean much because it seems as though my opinion carries no weight whatsoever. — 29cwcst (talk) 01:50, 3 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
@29cwcst: "Unfortunetaly" lol. And I'm the one with personal agenda here... Gsfelipe94 (talk) 01:01, 2 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Gsfelipe94: Yes unfortunately, given that I actually have no interest in taking sides here. I'm just trying to call it as I see it Gsfelipe – no personal agendas, no strings attached, nothing. — 29cwcst (talk) 00:30, 3 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Gsfelipe94: Agreed, although I actually think UFN 176 and UFC Fight Night 176 should be deleted because they're simply duplicates of actual UFC events at this point. The same applies to UFC Fight Night 177 and UFC Fight Night 178 for that matter as well. Thanks to other editors though, we have to wait pointlessly until discussions like these are closed. If users want to discuss something constructive, they should propose merging UFC Fight Night: Smith vs. Teixeira and the cancelled event on April 25 instead. — 29cwcst (talk) 00:35, 3 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
