Comments on final draft It's a really interesting story. I would recommend trying as much as possible in the time you have available to address the peer review comments, which are good suggestions.
The phrase "A report was officially submitted to the government in 1991, but it was made public only in 1994" appears twice - re-word to remove repetition.
