Second paragraph needs work
editI did some basic copyediting on the first paragraph, but didn't even touch the second paragraph because the references seem to include some dead links. If there's some up-to-date information available on trip pilot day rates, shortage of personnel etc, that would be good. I haven't found any such information yet, including on the Professional Mariner site. Thanks.... Muffuletta (talk) 01:37, 1 November 2012 (UTC)
