Inculturation and transcendental model

They are quite different. Inculturation is about presenting Christianity to non-Christian cultures, which is one aspect of contextual theology - perhaps closest to Bevans' "Translation Model". The Transcendental Model seems to be emphasizing the individual's experience as they seek Christ for themselves. --Bermicourt (talk) 19:36, 21 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
