The use of the colon seems to be nonstandard (by Wikipedia conventions, not necessarily general English). Should the article be moved to something like "Kerner's three-phase theory of traffic congestion"? --SoledadKabocha (talk) 19:19, 20 November 2012 (UTC)

Never mind; I see that three-phase traffic theory already exists. I will think about requesting a merge instead, though I feel that any merge would probably need expert help. --SoledadKabocha (talk) 17:43, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
