POTS/Telco standard edit

Here is what POTS companies generally adhere to. I've made the following changes to my PAP2 and it sure feels more like POTS now.

Dial tone
Increased to -13db, increased to 30 seconds.

Although this is what you've always got on POTS, and you're probably used to it: If this is too loud on things like speakerphones and headsets, the default level of -19db may be in order.

Second dial tone
Changed to short stutter tone then to normal dial tone for 30 seconds, at -13db.

Outside dial tone
Never actually heard this one. So just increased to 30 seconds.

Prompt tone
(Same as Second dial tone) Changed to short stutter tone then to normal dial tone for 30 seconds, at -13db.

Busy tone
Decreased to -24db, increased to 30 seconds.

Reorder tone
Decreased to -24db, increased to 30 seconds.

Off hook Warning tone
I have experimented with the standard "quad tone" blaster commonly used on POTS lines. It seems as the PAP2 cannot produce such high audio levels, and it distorts and isn't terribly loud anyways. So I've decided to leave this one unchanged.

The quad tone blaster is here in case someone wants to try it.
1400@0,2060@0,2450@0,2600@0;30(.1/.1/1+2+3+4)

This reportedly gives a warble tone before blasting.
480@-10,620@-16,1400@0,2060@0,2450@0,2600@0;30(.2/0/1,.2/0/2);30(.1/.1/3+4+5+6)

Ringback tone
They actually got the levels right on one for once. :) No change.

MWI dial tone
Increased to -13db, increased to 30 seconds.

Call forward dial tone (and DND dial tone)
Increased to -13db, increased to 30 seconds.

All others not mentioned: either I never heard them from my device, or it isn't apparent they aren't common for normal call progress, so they are unchanged.

Also: CWT (Call Waiting Tone), wich defaults to 440@-10 is actually spec'd at 440@-13 (-13db instead of -10db)

And inter digit timers are now 15 seconds.
