Big rewrite

I added tons of stuff, removed some stuff to make it into more of a wikipedia page. I cleaned out "marketing language" and anything evocative or ambiguous, removed outdated stuff, and added a lot of things, mostly from the TA website, to give a more general description of the festival and organisation. It's a lovely festival by the way, I went once. Magic.
