There is a predominant Lebanese community in Thornleigh, and a Maronite Catholic Church is located nearby the train station. This sentence was removed as the Lebanese population of Thornleigh is only 2.2%. hardly predominant.60.241.251.184 12:12, 10 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Perhaps "prominant" is a better word. I think it is certainly important to include their presence since they have made a contribution to the area. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ben owie (talkcontribs) 04:17, 9 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Upper North Shore? edit

There appears to be an argument about whether or not Thornleigh is in the north shore. The extent of the north shore is documented on that page and it seems wrong for wikipedia to contradict itself. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ben owie (talkcontribs) 04:19, 9 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Trying to keep the north-shore or non-north shore discussion to this page instead of having dueling edits. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ben owie (talkcontribs) 03:17, 9 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
