- If this is in refrrence to the neutrality issue, your specific comments were that some people believe the supervisor should have been more harshly punished; That is a position statement, and there ARE other opinions (refrences: http://www.iawfonline.org/pdf/30-Mile_Effects_Results_Remarks.pdf, http://www.iawfonline.org/pdf/30-Mile_Effects_Results.pdf).
