WP:Reliable sources states that sources are to be evaluated within "context" and that the context. Thus, The Insider should be considered a WP:Reliable Source within the context of Pennsylvania politics. It is an industry-specific publications written by experts in the field of Pennsylvania politics. This publication has been cited as a source several times by mainstream newspapers. The author, Albert J. Neri is a long-time journalist covering Pennsylvania politics.
