Remove the [who?] edit

The article reads: "His diaries from his time as Chief of the Army General Staff have been an important primary source for authors[who?]..." References to Halder's diaries show up in very many scholarly articles and general works on World War II in Europe for the period 1939-1942. I have seen references to the diaries in English, German, and Russian works. Looking at couple of books from my collection, Halder's diaries are in the bibliographies of The Road to Stalingrad (John Erickson) and Moscow to Stalingrad (Earl F. Ziemke and Magna E. Bauer). They are used as references in articles on Wikipedia itself; see for example https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9E%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%B0_%D0%90%D0%B4%D0%B6%D0%B8%D0%BC%D1%83%D1%88%D0%BA%D0%B0%D0%B9%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8%D1%85_%D0%BA%D0%B0%D0%BC%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%B5%D0%BD_1942_%D0%B3%D0%BE%D0%B4%D0%B0.
