Sorry to have to do this, but I'm going to have to quick-fail. There are still deep and fundamental issues with this article that the nominator has clearly not considered before nominating: huge sections of unreferenced text (complete with tags), variable reference formatting, poor prose, bare and dead references. This article would need a lot of work before it was even close to the standard, sadly (and it's a shame, as it remains one of my favourite albums ever). For some general advice, I suggest to the nominator that he/she takes it to a peer review for general tips, as the issues are too large for the specific comments that a GAR is supposed to give.
