I've started - perhaps others can flesh this out a little more. I've included 'The' in the title as that is the full name by which these hills are known and always recorded as such on Ordnance Survey maps like The Needles and The Hague as noted in WP:MOS - though this being one of those matters on which editors differ (and will always likely do so), let's see . . .
