This case hasn't been taken up by SCOTUS yet as far as I know. I'm not sure a standalone article should exist for this case because it is so early, and can already be covered at Post-election lawsuits related to the 2020 United States presidential election. Wdougs (talk) 01:21, 9 December 2020 (UTC)
