The Betsileo of Madagascar practice this as well. I don't know how to do edit this but, it is mentioned in Culture Summary: Betsileo, by Conrad Kottak. Published in 2003 I believe.
I am a humble ghostwriter currently studying this practice in relation to American culture. When I am able to access my favorite library again I hope to contribute accurately. Moving this here from the article:

As one can see, this was flagged in December of last year by an editor who questioned why this was present in the article since it seems to be completely irrelevant to a discussion of teknonymy. Because it wasn't simply deleted by that questioning editor, I'm reticent to delete it outright myself. If this belongs in this article, please return it there.
